Hi Guys, In response to :

I have managed to find out what the problem is, and we can easily recreate the problem.. as some of you may know, if you go to

the site and the flash buttons work fine.. and with no problems.. However.

if you visit

first and then go to candfa com.. you will find the same problem we have...

You can also test this by going to candfa.com first, then to ntlworld.com and then back to candfa.com you will also get the error the second time.. but the first time it will work fine..

Does anyone have any ideas on what this is and how to stop it.. I have contacted ntl but they are not willing to help..

Any advice will be appreciated.. i am curently going through teh ntl codiung.. but can see nothign..

Cheers

Well I can confirm the problem. Firefox > XP Pro SP 1.

Your embed tags for your flash file in the top frame are very incomplete. I don't think that is what is causing your problem though. What it looks like is the work of a frame buster but I can't see why it would be happening. What is the code on your Flash buttons?

Try fixing your Flash embed code too... who knows... Here's an example.

Code:
<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="[URL unfurl="true"]http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,0,0"[/URL] width="738" height="390" id="gallery" align="middle">
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
<param name="movie" value="gallery.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="high" />
<param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" />
<embed src="gallery.swf" quality="high" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="738" height="390" name="gallery" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"[/URL] />
</object>

Hope it helps.

Wow JT that almost looked like you knew what you were doing!

Hi pixl8r

thanks for the advice, but the flash is not the onmly problem.. if you look at

this site also causes the same problem in both the flash and the normal links below.. if you open it first you will see that it loads in the correct window, and then if you load it after the nt;l site, the problem occurs

even the non flash links are doing the same thing
