I have a report that contains 5 sub-reports. Some of these sub-reports can have multiple pages. When the sub-report continues onto the next page, I need to say so. I know how to do this when I have a page footer, but since the sub-reports do not, I can't seem to find a work around. Any ideas?
 
You could try the following. In the subreport, determine how many records (n) appear per page. Then set up a page break when the recordnumber = n - 1 (or n-2 or n-3). Let's say 63 records fit per subreport page. You might decide to make the page break after 60 records. In the subreport go to the section expert (format->section)->details->and click on "Insert" which will create a detail_b section. Highlight detail_b and then go to ->new page after->x+2 and enter:

not onlastrecord and
remainder(recordnumber,60) = 0

Also, for detail_b, go to suppress->x+2 and enter:

onlastrecord or
remainder(recordnumber,60) <> 0

Then insert a text box in detail_b and enter the string:
