Greetings,

Currently, I have a report that is formatted as such:

Column A | Column B
A1 | B1
A2 | B2
A3 | B3
A4 | B4
A5 | B5
A6 | B6
A7 | B7
etc.

This data only takes half of a 8.5" x 11" page. How could I format the report so that the data formats like this?:

Column A | Column B Column A | Column B
A1 | B1 A2 | B2
A3 | B3 A4 | B4
A5 | B5 A6 | B6
A7 | B7 A8 | B8
A9 | B9 A10 | B10

OR....

Column A | Column B Column A | Column B
A1 | B1 A6 | B6
A2 | B2 A7 | B7
A3 | B3 A8 | B8
A4 | B4 A9 | B9
A5 | B5 A10 | B10

This would definitely be a big help for me - thank you in advance!

In your report design view, go to File - Page Setup. In the Page Setup box, click on the columns tab and set the Number of Columns to 2.

Cool deal - thanks guys, that was a lot simpler than I thought it would be.

if you put # columns at 10 (1-10) and then want to start a new page and continue with (11-20) how do you code that. can't have the across then down option.

thanks
