I have a 3 form fields in MS Word 2003
They are in 3 columns of a table in the Word Document
Each form field has values Employee_id, Employee_name and Salary

Form Field1 in Table Column1 is supposed to contain any number of Employee_ids

Form Field2 in Table Column2 is supposed to contain any number of Employee_names

Form Field3 in Table Column3 is supposed to contain any number of Salary

The values are populating normally if the total number of records are about 20 or so
But if the number of values are like 100 or 150 , the remaining records are not getting populated in the next page .
The table is supposed to continue in the next page with the remaining number of records of emp_id , emp_name and salary

But after 20 - 30 records the page is completely filled , and the remaining records are missing . They are not populated in the next page. The remaining records are completely invisible

How can I view the remaining records on to the next page
I would like to view the remaining records in the form fields in the next page. The table should continue in the next page.

Please suggest

Hi barnard90,

This doesn't sound like a vba question at all!

The the fact you've got many records sounds like it's not a form with formfields, but a mailmerge document with mergefields.

So, what what are you trying to do and how are you trying to do it? Also, if it's a mailmerge, did you actually run the merge? AFAIK, simply previewing a catalogue merge won't show more than the first page.

Cheers
