Continual DID lockup on DTM

I have a BCM400 4.0 patched to the middle of last month. It has three DTM's in the main cabinet and one has a 12 channel T1 attached that only receives DID's. This particular DTM is set to Primary, and the other two are set and Secondary and Internal. Call traffic is working fine, except that the DTM with DID's keeps locking up. Callers hear busy tone when calling it. Disabling and re-enabling the Module fixes the problem for 5 hours to two weeks.

I suspect a trouble on the DID circuit but am unaware how to trouble shoot this except to swap modules to eliminate my equipment.

Any suggestions?

Check for current patches as more have come out since the middle of last month.

In order to check the circuit side, u'll have to get your telco to do that. They can do an end to end test.

U too would try a different DTM.
