Is it possible to have say the first record appearing on a white background, the second with say blue, end back to white, etc....

Thank you

Mark

Have a look at conditional formatting and the Mod operator.

Hope This Helps, PH.

How are ya Moss100 . . .

Here's a function you can use for your [blue]Conditional Formatting.[/blue] Copy/paste to the [blue]code module[/blue] of the form. Note: you substitute [purple]PKname[/purple] (your primarykey name) proper:
Code:
[blue]Public Function flgFmt() As Boolean
   Me.RecordsetClone.FindFirst "[[purple][b][i]PKname[/i][/b][/purple]] =" & Me("[purple][b][i]PKname[/i][/b][/purple]")

   If (Me.RecordsetClone.AbsolutePosition + 1) Mod 2 = 0 Then
      flgFmt = True
   End If

End Function[/blue]
