Is there a way to make text show vertical in a cell.

I've tried a CSS but when the sheet opens the text is horizontail on my headers

you may have to do this with VBA once the spreadsheet is open, check out

A way you can is to write vertical text into an excel sheet, save it as a web page. Search through the .html file created and find the CSS applied to the vertical text cells and copy/paste it into your ASP file and apply it to the text you need to.

I've done this before with number formatting and it worked just fine.
