Hi,
I can save my mail in the library. And then I can save the same mail (same version) another time in the library without the least warning! There exist then two identical copies of my mail (which I can independantly edit). How can I avoid that bad situation?

How can I get an overview of the contents of my library?

Thanks

Provide the steps you are following. If your saving the mail from the Inbox into the library both times, then the system is functioning as it should. If you save it from the Inbox to the library, open from with in the library and save it again and you get two "Original" versions, then we have a problem. Brent Schmidt CNE, Network +

Thanks for your reply. In my system (GW 5.5) it is still possible. My other question is yet open. When I save a document e.g. mail xxx from the inbox in the library, I get a link in the inbox (xxx.wpd) and also one in the folder Documents. Next I delete both links (in the Delete dialog selecting Delete from Folder, not Delete From Library). How can I now see whether xxx.wpd is in the library?
