This usually happens if you are editing the DRW in HTML view. Are you editing actual ASP code, or the code written by the DRW?

If you are trying to modify the code in red in the HTML view that is generated by the FP DRW - no.
You could:
a. write your own custom ASP scripts and not use DRW
b. edit only the FP generated code in gray. When you save the page, FP will update the code that appears in red in the HTML view based on the modifications you did to the gray web bot code.
