The table scripts used to create the db tables can be found in the <install_drive>\Program Files\cognos\crn\configuration\schemas\content\db2 directory. This should contain all the info yoru DBA needs regarding the structure of the Content Store.
AS for the max size, this would be impossible to predict, because it would depend on how many users, databases, db connections, saved version of reports, reports, etc, etc, etc. Everything is stored in the Content Store so trying to assign a max size to the database is virtually impossible.
