Hi,

For a start, I would like to create a system that would manage the word documents which the admin users create to send out to the end users in case there are issues with crystal reports they view. Basically error messages that users see and would like to prepare the end users in case the end users see such error.

So the admin users can create word documents, upload them to the web site. Simultaneously, some pieces of information I would like to store too -
*Who created it.
*Who updated it.
*When was it updated (time stamp).

I would need to create table for this. Any ideas as how to build this whole thing.

Any suggestions as to how build the architecture and I can carry on from there.

Thanks.

I do something similar. I put it all in a database table. What db are you using? I assume since you want to capture user, you will need them to be authenticated either through login or active directory.
