Hello,
We have a client whom is having an issue with incoming email. Some of their incoming is being blocked because of content filtering. The sending will get an NDR from our exchange box. However, we don't see any words/customizations within the content filtering tab within the hub transport. This started happening recently. They're not using any messaging security other than a local Symantec endpoint for spam.
2 questions:
1 - Is there a way to prevent exchange from sending an NDR and for the mail to be passed thru to a 'junk email' folder?
2 - Should we be looking elsewhere for content filtering?
