Content Filtering in Explorer not working

Hi everybody

i have selected in ie explorer 6 the option to not allow my kids to access any site that i don't put a password for. Suddenly out of nowhere, they were able to access any sites!

Right now, the content settings are enabled and i have the option not to allow sites not in the list, to be viewed and i can still go to any site!

does anybody know why it is causing this?
