Content Editor Webpart Error

We have recently upgraded from the Beta version of Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 to the full version and everything went well except for when I now try to add a content editor webpart I receive the error. "Cannot Retrieve Properties at this Time" and "Cannot Save your Changes"

Has anybody else come across this error and if so how is it resolved.

What we had to do in the end to resolve it was move all non-sharepoint websites off the instance of IIS that Sharepoint was using.

Once Sharepoint was the sole user of IIS on our Intranet server it seemed to work fine.
