We have a Client who has migrated off AIX to Linux (not by our recommendation). One issue that has arised is that they state the AIX system printed forms in a desired font based upon the contents of the print job. For example:
AP Checks printed in 12CPI Portrait.
PO's printed in 10CPI Portrait.
Most reports printed on 16CPI Landscape.

Does the AIX print spooler have such a capability without a 3rd-party utility?

Any info is welcome. Thanks in advance.

I've done something similar in the past by setting up different printer queues to the same printer. I've also seen such a setup using a third party tool like Easyspool or PSM.
