Hello, I have a container report and unlinked sub report. The container report runs first and then halts. It is necessary to click the advance page tab to run the sub report. How do I overcome this necessity particulary for users who sometimes print the container report only, believing it is the entire report.

Put one of these special fields on the page header or footer:

Total Page Count
or
Page N of M

This will force the report to run to the end before it prints the first page. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
