My customer is running very old version ipo. They have contactstore/IVR installed in a window system. Recently the contactstore stop working. We try to reboot the system. And it takes nearly half hour and find that the ContactStore service can't start. And there is an error message " Error 1053: The service did repond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. The hard drive is found that there is only 4GB free space. I know that that they never delete recording. Is the source of the problem ? How can I delete it.
