Hello all,
Recently a client of mine decided they would like their ContactStore to be storing WAVs on a NAS device instead of locally. This seemed simple enough to me:
- I stopped the ContactStore service
- changed the local drive letter of root:\calls\ path that the program is referencing
- mapped the NAS device as that aforementioned root:\calls\ path
- copied over the calls folder
- started the service
It seems like some new wav files are being written to the new calls path, but there are a ton of WAV files also being written to the VRL directory.
What do I do?

UPDATE: Went into system alarms and saw: Failed to write XML file 890001001558144. Reason: E:\calls\890001\001\55\81\890001001558144.xml (The system cannot find the path specified).
Create that path (890001\001\55\81\) manually in the new calls directory about 5 minutes ago. Still haven't seen anything write out to it.
