ContactStore Minor Alarm (Access is denied)

We are suddenly receiving "Minor Alarm(s)" from ContactStore:
"03/09/18 08:55:30 AM Error processing file MSG369806009939968.wav. Reason \\vmproserver\vrl\MSG369806009939968.wav (Access is denied)."

I've determined this is occurring only on our conference room recordings. All others work fine. I've looked at the actual file permissions, and nothing seems different. Could this be related to the plantronics handset vs a normal digital?

Any suggestions on where to look?
