Any idea about this message .when I try to listen past weeks records ? can see the records from web but wen ? try to listen a message "no longer availabe on online storage or archive " occurs.

What will be the problem and how can I solve this problem.

Not completely sure as I haven't seen that error but is it a recent (last 2 mths) and the trial license has expired and a full licence either hasn't been added or is Invalid? Just a thought.

has it been archived to the dvd?

Have a look in the folder structure of the contact store. C:\Program Files\Witness

You should see the raw files there and have a look are the files in numerical order or are some missing
