I have a client who is not recording inbound external calls when they get transfered from the VMpro ie 2???->blind transfer to extension, any idea what might cause the problem ? (the inbound recording is on and points to vrl and there is enough vm ports)
I have ipo release 5.0.18 and voicemail 5.0.25, i just upgraded contactstore to 7.8.16 with the same issue as on 7.2.09
