Contactstore - Can this be done?

I want to create a user in Contactstore application that is able to pick up a file and save it to the hard drive during the replaying of the message.

However I do not want this user to have administrator rights of the system. I want to give this user access to check only recordings for a particular - nothing else.

From what I can see to be able to get the "save icon" (when replaying the messages)
control you must be the administrator otherwise the "save icon" is not shown.


Any Ideas?

You will need to make each user that wishes to save the recordings elsewhere an administrator.
The .wavs are unencrypted in the witness directory but they are catalogued by the MSDE. This means they are named something obscure and you won't be able to tell what extension made the call or any other call details, as these are in the MSDE.

Partially true. You can save out the wav and this will give you UCID which you can cross check in the xml file for the calling parties on the CSCM.
