Hi all,

would someone be able to advise on this please..

We have about 10 managers and I've been asked to come up with a way so that if one of the managers creates a contact with all the details, they can update the other managers address books. I am aware of the public folders which people could store there but we are using blackberrys and from the looks of it you can only view your own contacts OR only the public contacts.

Is this at all possible?
