Contacts not syncing properly

I have activesync on my PC to sync all contacts with Outlook. Yet there are a few contacts on my Axim that are not showing up on my Outlook contacts and some of them have miss matching address such as my Outlook has older ones, while Axim has new ones.

Why are they not syncing when it says they have been?

I hate to lose my contacts on my Axim if I have an issue with it because my Outlook is backed up on the Exchange Server.

Any ideas?
