Contacts in outlook have disapeared

I just went to check my mail and wanted to forward something to someone and my address book and contact list were empty. Has anyone ever heard of this happening?

NO thats not it Marcs41 they were there last night Just did virus scan came back clean this is a mystery. poof gone nada.

Well maybe give some more specifing details, like which outlook to start with. The solution is out there.

marcs41 I'm using outlookexpress on ie6 did virus scan came back clean searched files nothing. Other user acct not affected. Was able to add new contacts. sys restore didnt help. list had about 7 or 8 addresses last night this morn they were gone. I didn't delete them they just seem to have disappeared. thats as specific as I can get. Thanx for responding Mike

Search for *.wab. You should find one for each user. If you find any extras, check them out.

Thanx smah found 2 mine and the other one but mine only contains addresses added after mine vanished
