I am looking to create a contact entry that will appear in the mailbox profile of 10 users.
We are using Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 Professional client machines (SP3)
This contact list will over time contain a list of external contacts and when clicked upon will display the contacts on the right hand side.
I have been asked to do this recently but cannot find a way of adding this so certain people can see it.
The only options I see are the adding of a "Distribution List" or "new mailbox"
I want to be able to create an entry within our domain then modify the profiles to use this.
Any ideas please???
