Contacts always opens to Accounts

Using Outlook 2003 with Business Contacts Manager. Whenever I compose a new email and click"To" to select a name, it automatically opens to "Accounts" list on the drop down instead of to Contacts, which is where I have most of the contacts. Is there a way to make the default open to Contacts instead?

Tools > Services > Addressing tab. In the top box, choose whic service you would like to be the default to display.

Sorry, but I see the Tools on my menu but no Services or Adressing. You are talking in Outlook? Where?

If you don't find it in Outlook, go to the Control panel, > Mail > Addressing.
