I am just wondering if anyone can answer this query I have.
We have 1140IP phones,is there anyway an agent can contact their supervisor when on a call to a customer and then have a 3rd party conversation between them.
I have an asp key set on the agents phone with the spid of the supervisor also set, but when the agent presses the supervisor key all we get is a dead tone.
Any help would be much appreciated.
