Xima Chronicall is a call recording and reporting solution with the ability to extend to webchat and an agent interface.
So, if you're looking for a contact centre, then yes, it would be better (than nothing), if you're after more reporting, maybe consider the Custom Reports module from Xima if you don't have it already.
They have some overlapping features but it is hard to directly compare them. We have customers on both and have had mostly positive interactions with both companies.
The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
