Contact Store

We have a location that had a power outage. Ever since we rebooted the PC we can no longer access the search and replay through the browser. It gives us an HTTP 500 error,Cannot display web page. Contact store is still recording calls when we look at system status. We have even reinstalled contact store but same issue. Everything had worked for a long time till the power outage.

try and blow out the pc and start from scratch

I forgot to mention that we have totally removed contact store and reinstalled it but no change.
 
it might be a corruption on the pc itself

i havent had this happen with contact store but it has happend to me before with vm pro
