the ip office knows contact store exists because you put a license in.
the recordings are put in the vrl folder, (provided you tell the IP office to put them there) then contactstore goes and gets them. then you can use the web interface to search and replay.
if you have ever seen the structuring of the witness folders, you dont want to be hunting around in them unless you really really have to.
