Contact Store Records but doesnt display

HI Guys,

We have an 8.1 system having a Contact store issue.

The calls for one or two agents are not showing in the search and replay list.

Inbound calls record and display correctly, however outbound record showing SSA they record adds a .wav and .xml file into the data store of the contact store but cannot be searched for.

I have opened on of the XML files and it looks like instead of putting the users extn into the mailbox section it is putting withheld.

The users have nothing set to withhold their numbers and it is only happening for a few.

We have tried the normal delete and recreate stop VM Pro remove and recreate mailbox etc but get the same result each time. Has anyone else seen this ?? its driving me mad!!

A long while ago I had a similar issue where it was recording the calls as different users. It may be a similar thing and easy to check.

Under the Users Voice Recording Tab, next to Recording (Auto) you'll have the Mailbox or VRL option then a dropdown with the username there. If it's set to None then I think this could cause your symptom. Set to Mailbox then change to the correct username, then change back to VRL.
