Hi All very strange issue with contact store.
We have a few users that are recording calls but there outgoing calls do not show in search and replay.
They are being picked up by witness and going to the correct destination.
I have checked the XML file and can see this.

As you can see it thinks the caller is withheld even though they are not. This means we can search for the calls. PLEASE HELP
