Contact Store PLAY/ EXPORT Options on a Mac OS Device

Avaya IPO Release 9 here. I'm still not able to PLAY and EXPORT recorded calls from a Mac OS device. Is that already possible if I upgrade my AVAYA IPO to Release 10.0?

Did mac os start support active x plugins? No? Then no, I don't think so. Apple devices have been slow to be supported, for good reason.
Just export them from the windows PC it is running on.

Considering Microsoft dropped ActiveX on Edge it's about time they update the interface to something that work on all browsers.
