I have a contact store running and day to day recordings are working fine.
as per new requirements we need to maintain these recording for 5 years.
as i view the systemn overview in contact store, it shows me recording date starting from 2015.
But if i check the contact store files, i can see the .wav and xml files whihc are dated before that, but i cant look these recordings in contact store search files.
how can i open these old recordings?
