Contact Store not showing outgoing number Dialed.

In the store when you search on outgoing calls it shows the extension but will mostly all of the time not show the dialed number it shows the 9 for dialing out. It does show the CLID for incoming.

Hey Cook,

Need some more info. What's your S/w levels? Do you get inbound clid showing on the handsets? Do you dial 9 to get an outside line and does this 9N shortcode just give secondary dialtone?

S/w is 8.1.
Inbound get CLID on phone and Contact store.
Dial 9 and 8 on for local and one for LD also on phone are buttons for local and LD so either press IC and 8 or 9 or just press button.
Lines are analog.
