Contact store not playing back over network

Are there any ports etc, which could stop playback for CS recordings over the network.

Recently had to reinstall CS for a customer's PC which died. Everything is working and the customer can "download" the calls and then play them back, but the live playback feature via the plugin is not working - if you click the play button, nothing happens - however it does work on the local PC that CS is actually installed on.

The plugins on the clients PCs were working fine before the server died, so not sure it isn't working now and don't think the plugin itself is the issue.

Any ideas?
