I have recently installed Contact Store on two sites with new IPO's at 8.0.44.
One works fine and the other site has a problem
I have an error appear when I try to search and replay (no matches found for example)
The server has a disk partition for the recordings and the server meets all correct specs.
I have run the Avaya fw.bat file and manually opened port 8888 on the firewall
In Alarms it says:
"Failed to compress audio file for recording MSG521121183.wav Reason not available"
Can any please help?
