Hi All,
Anyone had experience of a contact store that has outgoing call missing for one user only. Manager settings are fine and no alarms on contact store. All the other 30+ users are fine its just this one. Deleting the user and re creating it helps for a period then it starts again. And when I say its missing calls I mean caller made 100+ out going and a search brings up 3?
Whiles calls are made SSA does show the call being recorded?????????????????
