Hey guys,
I have Voicemail Pro setup on a server running Windows Server 2008 R2.
We had contact store setup on another server (which was removed).
We installed contact store on a new server (same local network).
Created the registry key according to the business partners knowledge base.
Set the call storage path in the WUI of CS to a separate partition.
The calls are being recorded in the VRL folder on the VM pro machine.
However, I keep receiving the following error:
Major Alarm
No Voice Recording Library path found. Check your VMPro installation and configuration.
We have read and write permissions for everything on both servers.
Any ideas as to where to start troubleshooting?
Thanks, everyone!
