I am running CS Ver 7.8.1.16 with IPO Ver 9.0.3.16. Every now and then, a user will log in to review a recording and it will not populate. When the admin logs in, they are able to retrieve the recording. I have been able to recreate this issue on their server.
I have adjusted the user priveliges all the way up to System Admin per some advice from Avaya, but still no change. I have verified they are using IE9 as IE 10 is not supported yet.
I fail to comprehend how one user can find a recording but another cannot when using the exact same search parameters. Any thoughts/ideas?
