Contact Store Install

CS will not record at all from clean install. VM Pro records ok. Install seems ok, only thing is it didnt create the \calls directory under Program files\Witness\calls, where it stores the wav's. I added manually, have restarted and rebooted all apps and services etc, still no joy.
2003 server with CCC v5 and VM Pro, on a 3.0.44 403.
I have selected VRL on the users settings. I believe there is no spec for running all these apps on same pc, but msde indtalls separate instances for ccc and cs.
 
Did you set up your pc as a web server and can you access contact store via web interface? Also, if i recall correctly, i dont think you need to manually install msde. I believe when installing the contact store it automatically installs msde and configures it for you.
 
Correct, it will install msde itslef and the tomcat webserver which runs as the service "ContactStore". This is all ok,can browse all screens etc..., just wont record.
