Hi,
With Avaya contact store.
Whats the best way to archive? I have issue on mutiple sites where the DVD stops.
Can you not do this to a mapped drive instead?
Also if a file has been marked as archived in contact store can this be reveresed?
IE, if the file had been deleted due to a full hardrive BUT the file has been professional recovered caan I then get this file re-added into the directory structure and get the webclient to play it.
