Contact Sheet with large number of graphics hangs

I'm using Photo-Paint 10 and have over 100 graphics which I want to make into contact sheets (4 per page).

After processing anywhere from 30 to 90 files the program hangs or shuts down completely. I have used the function before without any problem and nothing has changed as far as I can tell. I have Service packs 1 and 2 installed. The sheets generated prior to the failure are fine. I have been working around the problem by removing the already processed files and restarting the process with the remaining files then re-naming the second set of sheets as needed. Any help in resolving the problem wpould save me a lot of time as I have 9 other folders with a similar amout of graphics in aech to process.

It's probably one file with a problem like a corrupt header or something that causes a huge memory usage. Try adding and testing one by one, or say, five by five.
