Contact Server not passing Agent Name to ICM

Hi,

We're looking to find a way to allow our ICM/CUIC (monitoring tool) to automatically pick up the agent name from Aspect (Agent Admin).
We've lost our GUI access to the Aspect Contact server and were wondering if anyone could think of any options there might be to enable this info transfer to be possible?

Is it possible for the contact server to 'push' the 'Agent Name' to ICM?
We currently get the extension number passed through for the following fields:
AgentName, PeripheralName, FirstName & LastName.

Any ideas would be appreciated
