This is a Contact Recorder on an App Server 10.0. User is using IE on a Win7 machine to playback recordings, which is working fine. When trying to "Save As" in the playback plug-in, we navigate to a folder with "Everyone" having full rights. We get an error message in windows saying file cannot be found. I suspect it is a permissions issue in the Temp folder that IE is using to store and playback the recording. Does anyone know which temp folder they are being held in or if I am barking up the wrong tree.
