Hi,
Our customer has been experiencing issues with their contact recorder where if they have 2 or more incoming calls within a few seconds of each other they all display the same incoming CLI so it's difficult for them to seach calls by CLI as a lot of them are wrong.
It's an IP500 with incoming calls via PRI and the contact store and VM PRO are on an application server. Both were previously on an early version of 9.0 software so we have now upgraded them both to 9.0.12 but the problem is still happening.
Has anyone seen this before?!
