All,

I have a couple of questions here.. First is regarding contact recorder. I know that access to the recordings is done via the web interface, but is it possible to download the files via FTP? Second, wow many rules can we create on a 500V2 for incoming routes? We want to create around 3500 routes to forward incoming calls to a destination already created.

Thanks!

Why put off until tomorrow what can be put off until the next day?

In the Marketingtools site there is a configuration calculator. Each incoming call route use 30 bytes, check the size of the current .cfg file, extract that from 2048 and divide the remaining number by 30.
So if the cfg file is 225 Kb then the remaing programming space is 2048 - 225 = 1823 Kb. 1823000/30= 60776 possible ICRs.
Theoretically.
I would not create so many ICRs as it may slow down a busy sytem significant and even generate reboots.
Can you give a example of the ICRs you want to create? lets say a list of ten?
