Contact Recorder is not playing the Recording with IE 11

Hi guys hw r u .
I have installed the avaya dell server r210 . i have installed the contact recorder .

problem - whem i m open the contact recorder in IE 11 , its not playing the recording , while in IE 10 its working fine .
i have done some things like add the contact recorder IP in trusted site of IE .
plz guide me

did you try compatibility mode on IE
