Contact Manager dialing DCP phone

I have a user who want to have his contact management software (ACT by Sage) dial his phone. Switch is R11, G3si. User is on a 2 wire port, set is an 8434DX. This is the only user who want to do this & of course, there is no budget. Anyone??

(off to eBay to look for 8400B data modules to play with)
